One would think it would but there's nothing impartial about DC. Govt retardsCouple of things that I do not know and am asking about. Would the 6th Amendment not apply here? Meaning, they couldn't just "hold on" to these cases for 4 years to set a trial date, since you cannot prosecute a sitting POTUS? And with the cases being dismissed, were they dismissed with or without prejudice? If it is without, then the charges could be hypothetically reinstated in 4 years.

WVU Release Jerry West Limited Edition Mini Statue Priority Offering

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (Nov. 26, 2024) – WVU Athletics has announced that the Jerry West limited edition mini statue priority offering to men’s basketball season ticket holders is now available through Dec. 15 at WVUGAME.com.
Season ticket holders are able to purchase two (2) of the limited edition mini statues per season ticket account. The mini statues will be priced at $10 per item, with a portion of the proceeds going to the Jerry West Scholarship Fund through the Mountaineer Athletic Club.
Fans who purchase will be able to pick up their mini statues at the Saturday, Jan. 18 men’s basketball home game vs. Iowa State, which will be Jerry West Day at the Coliseum.
Please note that mini statues WILL NOT BE SHIPPED and must be picked up in person at the Iowa State home game.

Following the priority offering, there will be a general public ticket package on sale that will feature the Jerry West mini statue and will go on sale in mid-December when Big 12 Conference single-game tickets become available to the public.
