One would think it would but there's nothing impartial about DC. Govt retardsCouple of things that I do not know and am asking about. Would the 6th Amendment not apply here? Meaning, they couldn't just "hold on" to these cases for 4 years to set a trial date, since you cannot prosecute a sitting POTUS? And with the cases being dismissed, were they dismissed with or without prejudice? If it is without, then the charges could be hypothetically reinstated in 4 years.
Again, I have no clue. Not a lawyer.......but I do watch Law & Order from time to time and have stayed at a Holiday Inn Express.
