The Gore/Bush election winner wasn't declared until December at which time Gore publicly conceded. I'll be shocked if Trump concedes at any point.

Biden actually claims to be a believer. I take him at his word but I honestly can't say with conviction exactly what it is he believes in? I know it's not in the sanctity of innocent Human Life.
