Proven wrong about what? You're reading comprehension is very, very poor. As the CBS article states, DHS is releasing illegal immigrant felons in the U.S. That could not be more clear.

DSH is not enforcing federal law. Johnson testified to this fact. DHS is releasing illegal immigrant felons back into the U.S. rather than deporting them. This is not hard to understand.

And if you'd read all the way to the bottom of your own article you'd have seen that the majority of those felons were released because they'd served their sentences. And the law doesn't require an illegal to be locked up while a challenge to deportation works its way through the system. We're not Soviet Russia, we don't throw people in prison (except Guantanamo) indefinitely.
