Watched the Bye Bye Barry doc this evening. Without question, Barry was the best running back to ever play the game. I’m not sure there’s ever been a better representation of a superstar to play the game.
I really wish he’d have had a team around him that could’ve delivered support needed for him to get the ring. Regardless, no one will ever surpass Barry in my mind. Seeing those highlights, I can still remember seeing them watching those games on TV. My first live NFL game was the Steelers and Detroit, it was unbelievable to watch.
