I’m liking Rich’s approach of mainly getting guys that are experienced with very little eligibility left. He may be able to catch lightning in a bottle with some of these guys who may have been overlooked or not in the right system. Plus, you don’t have to worry about somebody coming along and poaching your productive players. Its certainly a throwback of several years ago when he was trying to develop basketball players and tight ends into offensive lineman.
