West Virginia has offered Josh Minkins.
"Josh Minkins (Safety) is the most veteran of the players who entered the portal. Minkins, the son of former Cardinal Josh Minkins Sr and former Ballard Bruin, was a starter at the beginning of the season before an injury forced him to the sideline. Josh stated on X that he came back early from injury and it affected his play. Minkins also started all 13 games during the 2022 season."
