Fan Experience Committee Adding New Members
One year ago, the West Virginia University Department of Intercollegiate Athletics formed the Mountaineer Fan Experience Committee to discuss the needs of Mountaineer fans to help enhance the fan experience at its events.
After a successful first year, the committee is looking to add additional members to serve on the committee. This is a great opportunity for Mountaineer fans to get involved. Members of the committee can share ideas and give feedback on a variety of topics concerning WVU athletics.
“We are excited to continue this program to receive valuable feedback from our fans,” said Nathaniel Zinn, WVU Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing. “We had very active dialogue from our diverse group during last year’s meetings and look forward to continuing the discussion on ways to improve Mountaineer game days this year.”
To apply, fans must be at least be at least 18 years of age. Each member is expected to bring ideas to be presented at each meeting in an open discussion forum. The application deadline is Friday, May 22nd at 5 p.m.

Selected members must be available for the first committee meeting on Saturday, June 6 at 11 a.m. at the WVU Coliseum. More details will be released to selected members.
