We may be in year 10, but played in the championship game twice and one game away from it last season with a freshman QB.

Snider coached a team for 5 years, in a crappy league, with extremely weak schedules and was 23-37 overall as head coach at Marshall.
Holgorsen took over a team where he didn't get his allotment of 85 scholarship players until 3 year in, in a MUCH, MUCH, stronger league and a ridiculously stronger schedule. He is currently 36-28 overall and is showing improvement. Granted, this could be his last year, so don't you worry about what WVU is doing.
MVU hires Doc and Doc got his ass kicked every time he went head-to-head against Holgorsen anyway.
Marshall's "improvement" is directly related to playing in a $h!t conference with schedules weaker than some FCS schedules.
