Blew 9-5 lead in bottom of 9th.
Blew 7-2 lead in bottom of 9th in one of the most important games of the year. Now has to win 3 of next 5 or pray Arizona State loses.

If you are in the driver's seat of the conference and only need to win 3 out of 6 games to clinch the regular season title and you don't, it is hard for it not to be a choke. Still holds true if it is 2 out of 5 games. Acknowledging that does not mean you are not a fan, it means you understand the reality for what it is.

He doesn't even have the most regular season wins record yet. Break that record and he can win the Big 12. He played a super weak OOC season. It's the reason we were not ranked until after winning in conference play after starting 2-2.
Only issue I have is you're a clown that refuses to face reality if it should happen. You want to bitch about football and basketball coaches but not your beloved Sabin when it comes to choking in the big games instead you adjust and make excuses. Fair enough. Sabin has done well, but our SoS has been very kind to him this year. Our midweek follies may cost us a hosting spot, but winning the Big 12 is very much within our grasp.

It's simply the way it is in sports. The coach takes both the accolades with winning, as well as the blame with losing. It comes with the job. 40-9 is pretty damn good though.

Again, sit this one out. Look up the OOC schedules of some other top-ranked schools. For example, Tennessee.

Show me where I “blames” the players? I’ll save you the time. I haven’t. I’ve said baseball is a game unlike the other sports. You can fail 70% of the time and still be a hall of fame player. Walks and errors are part of the game. It happens. The bullpen is going through a period of time that all pitchers go through.
