WVU award winners Texas Tech week

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (September 30, 2018) – The West Virginia University football coaching staff has named its award winners for outstanding performances in the Mountaineers' 42-34 win at Texas Tech on Saturday, Sept. 29.
Offensive Champion – Marcus Simms; Defensive Champion – Kenny Robinson Jr., Keith Washington Jr.; Special Teams Champion – E.J. Brown; Offensive Scout Team Champion – Kwincy Hall; Defensive Scout Team Champion – Tavis Lee; Special Teams Scout Team Champion – Luke Hogan.
No. 9/8 West Virginia plays host to Kansas on Saturday, Oct. 6, at noon, ET, at Milan Puskar Stadium. The game will be televised on ESPN2. This week’s Homecoming game, presented by WVU Medicine, is a Gold Rush with all fans being asked to wear Gold.
