Dickrod was a failure at Michigan, and he's on the hot seat at Arizona. He left behind a long list of law suits when he left WVU, mostly involving shady real estate dealings and trying to get out of his contractual obligations to WVU. On top of that WVU suffered NCAA sanctions after he left as a result of his rules breaking while he was here. Michigan faced similar sanctions for the same violations while he was there. One of his own players turned him in.
So now I suppose you are dreaming of having him coach at Marshall once the Governor gets his way and has Doc and Hamrick fired. He will probably tell you that Marshall has always been his dream job and that he will stay as long as you will have him while his agent is busy promoting "the product" to any P-5 that will take him. Sounds like a good fit to me, you deserve him.
