It does show how embarrassing the talent level has been during the N Brown tenure. Whether we could not identify talent, develop talent, retain talent, etc - we sure as frick did not have it on the roster. This is below upper tier MAC level draft results.
Hard to refute, really. We clearly are not very talented. Since Brown has been HC, our drafted players have been:
2020: Kenny Robinson (RD5) Colton McKivitz (RD5)
2021: Tony Fields (Rd 5)
2022: None, breaks 14 year streak w/ a player drafted
2023: Dante Stills (Rd6)
2024: Zach Frazier (RD2)
2025: TBD but likely Milum Only, Rd2/3
So, really 1 player per year and only Zach and Wyatt on Day 2, no 1st rounders. Awful. NIL, etc but that is dismal.
