With bowl goals, West Virginia looks to play their best down the stretch

West Virginia is sitting a 5-5 on the season and still needs one more win in order to qualify for a bowl game.

I said at the beginning of the season, the players view a bowl game as an "accomplishment" to the season and this article along with the article yesterday shows my comment to be true. It isn't the season the fans or the team wanted but the team is still performing to their best and it just isn't good enough on some Saturday's. I know many individuals who claim they are fans are rooting for losses because of their hate of Brown but the team deserves better from you. It is my belief, a decision on Brown has already been formed and the fans will find out after the season and New Year. Cheer on the Blue and Gold if you claim to be a fan. Let Marshall and Pitt fans relish in our small failure and actually be someone recognizes no one on the team reflects the negativity you have been expressing all year with thousands of comments.

I think they could perform better with better coaching. Seeing these players in moments of great play tells you it's not a talent issue, we have 8-9 win talent as Big12 is not great, yet 6-6 is being held up as an accomplishment. That's crap leadership, at some point coach has to stop making everyone feel good for failing. Any 6-6 bowl is not a win and they won't see many fans there as we're not spending money on that type of bowl anymore.

I don't dispute others opinions. I also don't disagree with the comment of not many fans will go to the bowl this year as much are basically done with this year. Not the point of my soapbox post.
