I am curious as to where we compare - truly - as far as facilities go?
I know we have the basketball practice facility and we just made upgrades to the stadium, and the (I guess you call it) aquatic center is new and the baseball stadium is new, etc…
But honestly speaking, where are we among other schools of similar stature to ours? I get that there is an Ohio State/Alabama level, then others.
I really haven’t traveled to away games but once every 2-3 years since joining the Big 12, so I can’t really give my opinion.
The reason I wonder/ask is I know NIL is the deciding factor nowadays and financially we will never compete with Texas, Alabama or Ohio State.
But for the other schools that are not super well heeled, I would guess facilities will still play a factor for the athletes not going to the elite money schools.
Where do we rank among the rest of the field?
