What are we looking at? Three 20-team conferences? With the SEC and B1G at 16, and B12 currently at 13, that leaves 15 open spots.
Oregon, UW, ASU, Zona, Utah, Notre Dame, UNC, NC St, Pitt, VT, UVA, Clemson, FSU, and Miami should be in.
Stanford, Cal, WSU, Beavers, Cuse, BC, UL, Wake, Duke and GT all fighting for the last spot, unless some conference goes beyond 20 or ND remains independent. I’m not sure it makes sense having more than 20 members though.
