The Supreme Court is going to come down with a decision that is going to grant Trump some form of immunity and they’re also going to come down with a decision that’s going to say that the DOJ overstepped when they tried to railroad a bunch of people with an Enron statute that has never been used for anything other than crimes related to Enron.
