Talking non-conf here obviously, since it's so cold in February/March in WV and we're traveling so much early here are some teams/road trips I'd like to see us play moving forward:

Coastal Carolina - big alumni base there obviously in Myrtle and consistent top 25 type opponent would make for a great weekend, there's also a ton of small NC/VA schools to stop at on the way back to get a game in

Charleston, SC trip - you can play any combination of CofC, Citadel and Charleston Southern, all 3 of them are quality opponents (CofC being the best) located within 15 miles of each other and there's a pretty decent alumni base with the Lowcountry Chapter that would certainly be at the games

North Florida trip - we've just faced Jacksonville obviously, but hell you can make a week out of that trip if you wanted and bus to games at Stetson, UF, FSU, USF, etc... so many good opponents in that region of Florida that it seems like we should make that a yearly thing and hit more than just 1 opponent down there... these games wouldn't be as well attended as road games in the Carolinas but we do have more alums than just @Vernon roaming the FL streets

West Coast - there are too many programs to list in Cali, but basically you can either go to LA, San Francisco or San Diego and have your pick of schools to face for a weekend at each city and almost all of them are quality opponents

Georgia - between GT, UGA, GaSouthern, Kennesaw, Mercer... great baseball in this state

Thoughts??? And for the love of God if we do Charlotte again, make it UNC Charlotte and not Queens :grimace:
