Rhode Island defensive back Antonio Carter has received an offer from West Virginia.

Carter spent two years at Rhode Island racking up 105 tackles, 2 sacks and an interception during that time. Redshirted during his first season and would have two years left at his next stop. A native of Orlando that has experience in the defensive secondary and has already been attracting a long list of offers.



 
2022 (Redshirt Sophomore)

  • Started all 11 games
  • Finished fourth on the team with 60 tackles
  • Had 4.5 tackles for loss, one sack, one interception and 10 pass break ups
  • Had four tackles, one sack, one forced fumble and two pass break ups against UAlbany (11/19)
  • Recorded eight tackles and one pass break up at New Hampshire (11/12)
