Excuses, that's all we ever hear from the marshall people. Peneva got hurt 4 minutes into the WKU game is how they explain getting blown out of the gym. The same people don't acknowledge that the only reason they kept the score close with Xavier was because the Musketeers had two starters that never played at all and another one that sat out the entire second half..........but we're used to that. With the Herdiots it's always "if only", "yeah but", "woulda, shoulda, could've".

What is there to add to this thread, Buzzard? Snow Flake just wrote out a fact, that WVU is currently #2 in the country. Of course, his knock on Marshall can't be substantiated, since Huggs took a powder, so one will never know how the in-state rankings would play out.
My God, Buzzard, do you really care so much about Marshall basketball that you are able to dissect the Herd's games vs. Western Kentucky and Xavier?
Just exactly why would that bother you? You claim to be an Ahia State fan while constantly criticizing WVU, so what's your problem with my posts about our little brothers in Huntington?
My God OSU dreamer, do you really care so much about WVU football, WVU rifle, WVU men's & women's soccer, base ball, women's basketball and men's basketball that you are able to dissect every WVU vs anyone in every sport ?
I can't believe you would even bring that up since you can quote everything that is said on the metro news sports line, IMG broadcast, coaches show on radio and TV, every pre and post game coverage on all WVU radio and TV broadcasts.

You're spinning like a top, Pops. I doubt that even the average Marshall fan knows as much about Marshall basketball as you do. Why do you care so much about a basketball program that hasn't sniffed the dance for decades when even its fans don't?
A better couple of questions is why would a supposed fan of Ahia State live on a WVU board, and why would that same supposed Ahia State fan be offended by anything I post about Marshall's basketball team ?
I live only a half an hour or so from Marshall's campus, and know the name of exactly one Herd basketball player, and that's just because I know his father. Why would Buzzkill know which Xavier players played against Marshall? #AteUpWiththeHerd
please let me explain this to you....huggs did NOT take a powder. When Mr dantoni insisted on a home and home Huggs said "you don't deserve it"....when dantoni said Huggs was afraid Huggs said "you have been partying with doc's brother again" and decided to play some REAL opponents....hence we are #2 and the herd has the dantoni doctrine, which evidently only scares WVIAC schools....but I don't know why....West Liberty beats the herd by 10
That's a good question, but my theory is pretty simple. The buzzard is a hypocrite. On one hand, he doesn't want 'his team' competing against the Herd in athletics and claims to not care about them, but on the other hand, he knows every little thing there is to know about them, including opponent scouting reports.
Kind of weird if you ask me. I live 15 minutes away from WMU's campus, and I couldn't name a single player on any of their athletic teams, much less what their record might be, who they may be playing, or anything else. But old buzzard is an expert on Herd athletics (even though he doesn't care)

You (and tOfUGrab) should take more interest in college basketball in your neck of the woods. Maybe then you could put up a decent argument on a smack board about the subject instead of posting your usual BS. As it stands, and by your own admission, you know nothing about the subject at hand.
