are small minded enough to not accept anyone that doesn't ties to either the state or the U - if CDH were fired to-morrow who would he be replaced by? Remember, his replacement can only have ties to the state or the U...oh and RR doesn't count.

Go.

But can he beat Texas?

Yea... ...I've never read a post where a poster considered a connection to WVU or WV a requirement to coach our school.

It's simply obvious that if you have a coach with long loyalty there's a better chance he or she will stay after showing some success. ....but as we all know, that's not an absolute.

you can bet your a$$ everyone will be pulling out their "who's who of WV" catalogs. It doesn't matter if they are good at what they do. Requirements are any of the following, 1.) WV native, 2.) WVU alumni, 3.) Any relatives from WV, 4.) family used to coach in wv (Ex: Bowden's). Special consideration to those who meet any of the above qualifications AND once held ANY type of position (permanent or graduate assistant) at a major school. Ex: Shane Lyons, Mike Joseph.

I don't know what is scarier .... the original post or the fact that some people seemed to understand it.

Its all part of the plan.

Keep Dana until WVU is in the SEC and then Saban comes home.

That should work right?
