Texas San Antonio linebacker Martavius French tells me he will visit West Virginia Jan. 6-7. French started his career at Tennessee but did not see any game action and transferred to Hutchinson C.C. From there, the Tennessee native moved onto UTSA where he appeared in 37 games over the past three seasons and piled up 163 tackles, 22.5 tackles for loss and 2.5 sacks. He had 80 tackles and 17 tackles for loss last season. French has one year left in his college career.
