Vernon - - can you give a summary of the new revenue sharing model and how it is likely to work?

I did see where Baker said WVU is prepared to participate at or near the revenue cap that is expected. As I recall, that number is approx. $20 million per year. But, I haven't read much about the model and therefore my ignorance on the topic exceeds my knowledge.

Anyway, I read this as one of the more interesting & positive nuggets in the press conferrence. Can you share your thoughts and maybe summarize what it means?
