V Rumor on QB

Vernon, I got told by a plant manager whose nephew was a back up center that transferred out last year, that WVU has offered a large amount of money to a QB. I won’t mention who the QB he said. Do you if any of this is true? I am trying to let him know his resource is not a very reliable one. I would appreciate your feedback.
