From the WVU standpoint if we are going to give up a home game we'd much rather have a quality opponent. Teams like Texas A&M, and current #1/#2 Virginia........ not Marshall.
Maybe so, maybe not. But it will never happen as long as the lesser of the two insists on a game at a neutral site every year (where WVU provides 2/3rds of the attendance and has to split the gate evenly) and a game in Huntington every other year in exchange for one return game to Morgantown, and the lesser coach says Huggy Bear is afraid of him unless he agrees to those terms. Like Huggs said, that's laughable and let 'em find someone else to play.
