Mountaineers Announce Defensive Addition
MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – (January 9, 2024) - West Virginia University football coach Neal Brown has announced that Ty French, a 6-foot-3, 230-pound senior outside linebacker from Moutrie, Georgia, has signed a grant-in-aid and will transfer to WVU from Gardner-Webb. He will have two years to complete his one year of eligibility remaining.
