More importantly, none of them looked at the data from the CDC that shows the deaths year-by-year and shows how they fluctuate, sometimes by as much as 80,000+ between one year to the next. But when 80,000 more people die between Year X and Year Y, nobody seemed to report that.............but we are this "virus"?

We have had 1 confirmed case in my county. Doing great. No mask. Going out every day. Lowes, Home Depot, Walmart, etc. The boogeyman hasn't gotten me yet!
When our Governor (Brian Kemp) announced we would be slowly opening back up he was excoriated in the media and all of their reporting was Kemp is risking the lives of Georgians for a few extra dollars. Well guess what? Ever since then we've had the fewest cases of new infections reported, and no "spikes" in folks showing up at ER facilities sick! In other words, the exact opposite of all the fear and hysteria reporting.
But that's been all over the national media, right? I'm sure they are reporting about the greatness of opening up.
Nope. It's as if Brian Kemp were the Devil incarnate for putting so many Georgia lives at risk. Ask Bru! Our success here hardly gets even a mention, even in the local media! They're still all about who's going to "DIE"!

To humor the wife I wear a mask when we do our food pantry because of the clientele we serve but other than that to hell with it.......but it's strange...in Rockingham County and Harrisonburg city less than 25 miles away there are almost as many cases as in the entire state of WV
The cases and deaths day to day are both trailing off, downward, while the testing has been amplified by 40% the past week. You guys should be at herd immunity by July, easily.
What's never discussed is how little stressed our health care facilities were during the worst of it! We actually had places going without patients for days!

The thing the media is also not reporting, the majority of patients testing positive aren’t showing any reasons to admit them. Most are going to the outside drive thru tents, getting swabbed, and going home. They get called and most times are told to remain home quarantined for 14 days. The majority of the small amount of positive patients admitted are discharged back home positive in 2-3 days because they exhibit no reason to continue to be admitted into the hospital.I don't think that was uncommon. They also are not reporting how the hospitals get paid more to treat Covid-19 cases, so there is an incentive for them to call simple colds and Flu cases Covid-19 so they can make up for lost revenues as well as add to the numbers of infected patients even if as you say, they test positive but show no symptoms.

Yes Trump took credit for getting out of the way and letting science and pharmaceutical companies try to make a vaccine as quickly as possible. Most president's take credit for stuff like that . Many has taken credit for winning wars but never picked up a gun .
When Trump was in office no Democrat even thought of taking the stuff Biden made it mandatory.. no I didn't take it and it was a left leaning Jewish article that helped me make that decision.

Vaccine mandates and vaccine “passports” are often justified as necessary to reduce transmission of contagious diseases, but I don’t think the evidence is adequate at this point to make this claim for the Covid-19 vaccines. The substantial outbreaks in exceptionally well-vaccinated places like Israel, Malta and Vermont make it clear that pushing up vaccination rates does not guarantee control of Covid-19.
