TOSU

Love to beat the Nitwits, especially in their house...of ill repute. Just wish that the "white out" crowd had been there to make Happy Valley sad.

I'm rooting for Harbaugh to lose every game on the remaining schedule, 78 to 0.

How much longer can this clown keep his job? I'm getting tired of making this kind of post every year for the last five years.

Only one year left on Hairball's contract, correct? Because this is 2020, Michigan will probably lose to Indiana, then beat Ohio State...ruin my season, and your future, as Hairball would probably get an extension.

He needs to somehow end up with a losing record this year, regardless of how it plays out. Lots of tossup games at this point, including IU, Penn State, Wisconsin, Maryland. OSU will beat them as bad as they want to beat them, which will probably be a lot. I would be surprised if they do better than 4-4.

Jimmy could well lose to IU Saturday, the win over the Gophers lost all of it's luster.

I've seen football coaches not make any adjustments before, but certainly not one that makes $8,000,000 per year. I wish he would have called me prior to kickoff, because I could have provided a little insight on running the ball between the tackles against the only strong suit of Michigan State's football team. I mean, after a handful of times of failure, that should have caused a little concern, so no need to attempt it another 20 times. Same is true with the defense. Rushing 5-7 on every play, and not laying at a hand on the MSU QB. Granted, Lombardi isn't the worst QB I've ever seen, but he certainly wouldn't be confused with Peyton Manning. Instead, they continued to expose their horrible corners, and allowed that stiff to beat them. Not a shock though, as I've seen this movie a dozen times before. Harbaugh simply wants to beat you by man handling you in the trenches. It works against the stiffs, but more times than not fails against teams with better line play. He's too stubborn to make any adjustments. One could call him the Doc Holiday of the B1G, but that might be unfair to Doc.

Jim has to be considered a failure , making that kind of loot and not delivering much, IMHO. Covid might save him this year and and the absurd buyout that you mentioned earlier.

I'm hopeful an NFL team will go after him this off-season. For some reason, Michigan was favored this week on the road at Indiana by 3 1/2, or at least that was the opening line. Indiana runs those crossing routes which Michigan DC Don Brown has never figured out how to defend. Ohio State also eats Michigan alive with those, and I'm surprised every team that plays Michigan doesn't copy what IU and OSU have done to the Michigan defense. Granted, OSU beats them in other ways, but the crossing routes tend to stick out in my mind.

Worse case scenario for me would be that my Atlanta Falcons would hire Harbaugh. With that said, I really don't even follow NFL (or my Falcons), other than keeping tabs on my survivor pool. Going with the Steelers this week on the road at Dallas. One would think that to be a safe pick, but the NFL has been pretty wild this year, so nothing is a lock.

Yes, crossing routes do shred Michigan's defense. Brown shouldn't be wed to man-to-man coverage when he doesn't have lock-down corners. I would be surprised, if an NFL team would hire Hairball as its head coach at this point. If he leaves Ann Arbor, then he should pursue another college head coaching job, and rebuild his reputation. Yes, Pittsburgh over Dallas is a lock, as the Cowboys have no healthy quarterback good enough to beat the "Stillers," I'm sorry to admit. Andy Dalton should be back Sunday, but he's lost seven consecutive games to Sh!ttsburgh, so he won't be the answer.

Steelers game had me sweating it out until the end. I've advanced to another round of survivor pool. 3 people remaining. Will wait until tomorrow to see if I have any decent options for this weekend's slate of games.

The Steelers got very lucky to beat my Cowboys. Ticky-tack penalties committed by overpaid Jaylon Smith saved you.

Cowboys 4th string QB wasn't nearly as bad as I was anticipating him to be. I actually thought they were going to score on the last play of the game.

Tight End Dalton Schultz was wide open in the back of the end zone on the last play, but Gilbert didn't see him. But yes, Gilbert was far better than I expected. His mobility was a real plus.
