To get the BB program back up and going in the right direction

Will the basketball program require a Drew Fabianich type person, general manager in other words to oversee personnel, recruiting, etc? Or due the fact that the BB program only has 15 or so scholarships available, can it be handled as currently setup? I know we have Kuntz now.
