1. Tell me about this Georgetown team and what can West Virginia expect?

It's a team not stacked with talent and short on experience together. Eight new guys are on the squad, a crew that joined campus around October 1st

2. Who are the players to watch and how does this team attack offensively?

Hoyas will attempt to go inside out; with so. Qudus Wahab being the primary target. From there they rely on sr. Jahvon Blair for steady outside shooting. The Hoyas run floppy, pin downs and more for him. Sr Jamorko Pickett is capable of slashing and shooting. Graduate Don Carey has shot solidly. Question marks abound.

3. What do the Hoyas do on the defensive end?

Defensively the Hoyas go man. Very little if any zone. Vs pick and roll they hard hedge/trap, but mostly zone/drop it.

4. How has the tenure of Patrick Ewing been received? Has it met expectations?

Ewing has been received well, though fans are bummed at another restart in year 4 (five main guys in early season '19-20 expected to be there now are gone). Many are holding him accountable. That situation and the pandemic probably has shielded Ewing to a certain degree. He's a really good offensive coach, defensively rigid and is learning about the game off the court, the latter to be expected.

5. How do you see this one playing out and what are your keys to the game?

I expect the 'Neers will win handedly, though G'town will surprise Hoya fans somewhat. WVU's physicality and aggression will prove too much. Ultimately an 8-12 point WVU win
