Popov added that Washington allowed US companies to export mineral fertilizers from Russia, recognizing them as essential goods.

Silly goose Russian oil leaves less of a carbon footprint as they ship it overseas. Same with all the stuff made in countries that dont have a EPA standard as high as ours.
