I'm not giving you a hard time MWV over your opinion on the future of that sh*t hole. That's a perfectly legitimate opinion to have and quite frankly probably is true because it's been so screwed up for so long.
However in my opinion this thread isn't about the future of Afghanistan. It's about this disastrous and misguided decision on the part of the Biden administration to surreptitiously and ill advisedly withdraw our forces before we secured the Afghan Government that was friendly to us or at the very least assured we got all of our friendly people out of there (particularly Americans) before we withdrew our armed forces. You want to argue what's happening on the ground there now as a result of this poorly executed policy was inevitable once we left, and that's where I'm taking issue with your opinion.
What I'm not reading from you or anyone else on the Left is outrage or even criticism of this botched Biden operation?
