Does Bob Huggins have the desire, drive and energy left in his tank to put it all together again? And does he, after all his pronouncements to the fact, love this University and state enough to be true to the answer?
Fans can bemoan the obvious downward trajectory of the program and annual drama-filled off seasons but the answers to the questions above are up to one man.
Most of this board absolutely loves Bob Huggins. The majority of this board also realize his stubbornness and loyalty to his friends are a limiting aspect to what he can accomplish
I’m not sure a guy that has earned Emeritus status of our program has it in him to deal with the changes in CBB any longer. If it weren’t for the robust income and perks that come with being the man of status he is, this wouldn’t be such a hard decision. But who would walk away from that?
I hope our hero is able to go out on some sort of high before he hangs it up but I’m afraid this isn’t going to end well.
