It's been reported that a local police marksman also fired shots at the would-be assassin but missed. That would account for the 3 different sounding guns.
I don't think there's another shooter. He might of had some online help in preparation. I still believe the biggest conspiracy is all the negligence. When you have this much of it I don't blame people for thinking the worst. Especially with some of the answers that have been given by those in charge trying to explain things.
