WVU is exactly where I thought it would be after five games, and I predicted a 6-6 regular season record. One sure loss remains, and the other six games could go either way. What should concern you WVU fans with such incredibly low expectations is how bad WVU's offense looked as Texas pulled away in the second half yesterday. Neal Brown is supposed to be an offensive guru, isn't he?

4 picks and lose by 11...yeah, I'm encouraged. I never expected us to beat Texas this year, but, if we didn't have the 4 picks, we have a helluva shot at winning that game.
I predicted 4-8 on the year with the 4 wins being JMU, Kansas, K State and the fourth being either TTU or Baylor. The dumbass predecessor left us without a QB and could never recruit a good QB his whole time here.
Neal Brown is a helluva coach and I am absolutely thrilled to have him.

LOL...I'm here to break up the moral victory circle jerk. If "we" didn't have 4 picks, then... In other words, if your aunt had stones, then she'd be your uncle! Dumbest post ever, CuntryTard. Your offensive genius of a coach peed down his leg when the game was hanging in the balance in the third quarter, then accumulated meaningless stats and style points after Texas had put the game away. FOUR interceptions thrown to a defense riddled with injuries in its secondary cannot be excused or minimized here on Planet Earth.
Woulda, coulda, shoulda. 4 less picks and 1 less fumble and Marshall probably would have beaten Middle Tennessee, instead of losing by 11 also.
Didn’t say anything about the MT - Marshall game. Yeah, my statement was a woulda, coulda statement. If not for the picks, we had a shot at winning. From my perspective, that is encouraging because if you would have asked me before the season started, I would have said we had no chance against Texas. Neal Brown has made adjustments based on what he has to work with. I’m thrilled with this coaching staff and can’t wait to see the progression as we start getting their recruits.
