Again, thank you to everyone for your continued thoughts and prayers.
The Lord has truly blessed me and is guiding me along this path. My doctors told me today that of the two options for treatment in the clinical trial (the standard pill or the new IV immune therapy) that I got the IV (which is awesome and what I truly wanted) and I started my treatments today. For those of you who saw President Jimmy Carter's press conference today the IV drug I'm getting in the clinical trial is what he is taking because it's already been approved for use with his type of Cancer.
Needless to say after a lot of praying I was prepared mentally for either treatment option but we were all very excited I got the new IV drug.
It was a long, tiring day, but I'm elated to finally get started and no side effects. They said I probably wouldn't have any.
So, while this is not over and we haven't scored or won the game yet, this was a great step forward and a
FIRST DOWN FOR THE SWAMI ! ! !
