During this process a huge group have given their support towards Mike Joseph remaining people like Jed Drenning Rich’s old Glenville QB. I have also read that Coach Joseph is pretty much is a fixture that can’t be replaced because of how he is employed on the sports medicine side Of things.
Many former players have also expressed their experiences under Coach Barwis back in the day. I think those guys actually felt they went through a level of hell unequaled by any other and that gave them a level of mental toughness that lead to their success
My question is ? I think coach Joseph and coach Barwis were and are still ELITE in that field. Will coach Joseph and Rich see completely eye to eye ? Rich has said during that team meeting they will work harder, Will RR and his old school approach conflict with Joseph’s Sport Science/medicine knowledge when it comes to, how hard to push, what’s enough and rest and recovery ? I do think the human body can be pushed past what is good for it but there is a reward of being mentally tougher every time you push past that limit. I’m just interested in how that will all unfold .
Opinions ?
Do you think Coach Rod could bring in additional S&C staff resources like Parker Whiteman and could him and Mike Joseph co-exist ?
