Spot the ball

He’s not one of the best at all
I'll take the opinion of coaches and pro's who have actually worked out, over that of people who have never even met a professional sports trainer to even base an opinion on....you know MJ had NFL and larger program offers from other colleges...This is the fourth head coach at WVU to hire him and that speaks for itself.

ND didn’t want him. That’s how we got him. Ever watch the games here at WVU? Players constantly hurt on the ground and winded in between plays. Lots of injuries. Ever notice the lack of muscle definition compared to Barwis and Al Johnson players at WVU? He’s here only because he’s a Fairmont boy.

you don't know what you're talking about.. Barwis was fired from the NY Mets due to the unusual amount of season ending injuries when he was the S&C coach muscle definition...lol,,,,,how about all of the NFL players

that is a complete lie not to mention the fact that you're calling Rodreguez incompetent before his staff is even completed

apparently RR and many of the former players think he's one of the best in the business
Or EGG wants him there as a Staple Employee of the state. Politics ruin everything. Mike Joseph, makes week players.

Mike Joseph has overseen the strength and conditioning unit at West Virginia since 2008, serving as the director until being named assistant athletics director in 2018 and assistant athletics director/head coach for football strength and conditioning in 2019.

It's time for a change. There are better.

WVUAllen has mentioned on here a few times, we’ve been stuck with Joseph because he was named Assistant Athletics Director and it takes the approval of Gee and the board. It’s not because the coaches want him necessarily and I don’t know their internal feelings on him. I just know what I stated and it’s obvious our players are not conditioned at the level we need.

Does the Head Coach decide what plan he wants for each player?

well it's not changing so try not to fall apart...over 30 weak players in the NFL..that's quite an accomplishment..are you trying to say that he wasn't offered the Steeler job?

yeah ole weakass Karl Joseph and David Long Jr. had to be a miracle that they made the NFL
Wow 2 players under a different coach amazing. You forgot Zach Fraizier and CB Beanie Bishop who was undrafted. I just don't like the guy and that's my right to do so. I can't change his circumstance or job but i don't have to like him.

Out of curiosity, I looked up the top 50 “the best in the business” S&C coaches in D1 football. Where’s Mike Joseph?

Top 50 S&C Coaches

how would you know? Bruce Irvin and Zach Frazier disagree...I'll take their word for it...have you ever met Joseph?... why don't you make your own list up out of thin air like the Sooner fan did?
How would I know? Not winning games. Players constantly down hurt on the field in between plays. Players winded and huffing for air in between plays. Pretty obvious.

What makes Joseph one of the best in the game?
Exactly. What’s their criteria? They’re buddies spotting each other in the weight room? The results on the field with trainers running out to assist players laying on the grass seems to be more common than the opponents week by week.
