Spartansburg (S.C.) 2023 quarterback Raheim Jeter has been to West Virginia several times since receiving an offer this summer and he was back for the Texas game. Jeter told me he loved his experience on campus and basically every coach came up to him and showed him love. He has built a really strong bond with quarterbacks coach Sean Reagan and head coach Neal Brown and told me that he is coming back for another visit in December. His recruitment has started to pick up, but the Mountaineers are still very much in the race here. He put together a strong junior season with 21 touchdowns and 6 interceptions and told me that he wants to find a school where he is comfortable and loves the coaching staff. The Mountaineers check both of those boxes.
