Independence C.C. (Kan.) pass rusher Nadame Tucker told me that he has been in touch with West Virginia assistant AJ Jackson since his junior college season ended in May and the two have really gotten to know each other. Tucker camped at West Virginia June 7 and had a private workout with the coaches were he really impressed them and received a lot of positive feedback. He just finished a summer class and if everything checks out there he plans to commit to a school and enroll in August. Tucker told me that West Virginia is definitely a school that interests him and he plans on looking into it more. He has three years and a redshirt season left and is being recruited as a bandit. He's a native of New Jersey and played only one season of high school football before enrolling at Independence. Last year he played only seven games and had 4 sacks and 10.5 tackles for loss.
