David Sisk and he told me that Kentucky was really hoping to seal the deal with Oscar Tshiebwe on his official visit to campus and confidence has waned since he made it to Morgantown. Now don't expect them to give up by any means but he believes that many in those circles have felt the momentum shift back in West Virginia's favor. Just wanted to pass along.
