Bluefield (W.Va.) kicker Kaulin Parris told me that he finished first in the punting competition and second in field goals and that's when the coaches told him he had an offer. He told me he was very excited because this is the one he's been waiting on and he told me no less than three times that it was a dream come true for him. He really likes the coaches as well as the program but isn't going to rush into anything yet because he wants to take some more visits. Right now, while he didn't name a favorite he did say that the draw of the in-state school is strong and he really likes Mike Molanari as well as head coach Neal Brown. He plans to come back to Morgantown this summer.
