With our not so Special Special Teams situtaion, WHY do we start Spring ball with No Special Teams coach? The " notes" indicate the last coaching hire will be a ST coach. It is March, six weeks after the coaches convention, why do we not have this coach in place and working with our most deficient area, ST, during the Spring?
It cannot be the case of Dana having too much on his plate, because he just added the role of QB coach and Offensive Cooridnator to his duties list.
This has been my problem with Dana from the beginning. He tends to do the things he likes to do as opposed to what is required to manage an organization.
Would Urban Meier enter Spring practice without a complete staff and with his weakest area not addressed?
