Florence downgraded to Category 2 hurricane but heavy rain, storm surge, multiple tide cycles, stalled system makes this a dangerous storm. ECU, Wake Forest, UNC and others also have had games affected. Good luck to everyone living there or with vacation property or friends. Not a laughing matter.

Nobody needs to be going into an area where they're calling off school (i.e. Like at USC) and declaring a state of emergency due to an oncoming hurricane. It's not worth the risk.
