He was asked if his philosophy as a play caller was to be aggressive, conservative or in-between and he said he doesn't really think about that but has gone for it on fourth down a lot and taken a lot of deep shots down the field around the top ten in the past two years.
I looked at those totals and West Virginia is currently first in the country in fourth down attempts/conversions with 12 and has 10, while Garrett Greene is 13th nationally in 20+ yard passing attempts and completions with 23 attempts and 9 completions.
Not presenting this one way or the other just interesting to me for a run first team.
