I ran across this on the Georgia site. It's good to see WVU on the list but I'm not sure any of the other teams have that potential. Or I should say didn't have the potential until NIL. Pitt and Maryland may have a small chance because they can tap into more NIL money than many schools. I could see VT improving but not reaching the level they once were.

Probably not the right word to use but who are some programs yall consider a place that doesn't have the history tradition etc etc that if it had the right coach could do something similar to like Clemson or even a Oregon (I know still no titles) where the history and tradition of winning wasn't like a bama Ohio state usc etc etc if you look at both Clemson and Oregon before Dabo and chip Kelly they were not schools with history of winning a lot.
