At some point the "coincidences" surrounding the 'Great Sign' of Revelation 12, and other prophetic fulfillment become statistically improbable. We have long since passed that point.

Those are indeed the kind of pictures that turn mainstream America off. I've never understood the behavior of flaunting something that is in contrast with societal normalcy just because you can. Not saying there is anything wrong with the display or the gay, I just don't understand the need to flaunt it. Kind of like another group who does shit just because they can. I suppose to just get a reaction.

I'm just saying that the signs are there and you better get right with God. There is only one way to do that and that is acknowledging and accepting the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross 2000 years ago to pay the debt for your sins.
And what about all the other times people said the signs were there and you better get right with God? Why were all those people wrong but you are right?

I'll grant you that one was just a curiosity. There are plenty of others out there surrounding Sept 23, 2017 that are down right eerie. In particular is post 24.
But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father alone.
That is a Jewish idiom for Yom Teruah and the beginning of the Feast of Trumpets. The Jewish new year starts at the first sign of a new moon as observed by two witnesses. This leaves a range of days that can fulfill the requirements and thus 'no one knows the day or hour'. Also, when Jesus said that during the Olivet discourse it was true, in that moment. Later the events to come were relayed to Paul and John after the Olivet discourse and I believe that by then it had been revealed to Jesus who then revealed it to John and Paul.
Go on Youtube and watch some of Scottie Clarke's videos about this. He doesn't set the Feast of Trumpets this year explicitly, he's not a date setter, but he does lay out a lot of peculiarities and prophetic signs that are happening very, very soon.

I don't need to watch Scottie Clarke or ready anyone else to understand Matthew 24. It's pretty straight forward. When the angels in Heaven do not know, and they live outside of the time construct, God, the Father, has kept it to Himself, throughout eternity.
The reason for His patience is considered to be waiting until the last is saved. I don't think we're that close to the last one, yet.
Nothing is going to happen on Sept 23, 2017. We'll have some college football games. Maybe some nut will kill a bunch of people that day, since that already happens every now and then. Maybe Trump will say something crazy since that already happens lot of days. Maybe a celeb will die because that already happens sometimes anyway. Maybe there will be some significant national or international event, which already happens now and then anyway. But that's it. Some of those things may happen on Sept 23, 2017 but they also might happen on Sept 22, 2017 or Sept 24, 2017. Sept 23, 2017 is just another day.
