Palmyra (N.J.) athlete Kelvin Harmon has a list of top schools and West Virginia is on that list. He has visited all of the schools in his top group outside of West Virginia but he told me that he plans to make it down sometime this summer or in the fall. The Rivals250 prospect is being recruited as a wide receiver by all of the other schools on his list but West Virginia actually wants him at safety and it's a proposition that intrigues him because he plays in a 3-3-5 in high school and is very comfortable at that spot. South Carolina is the leader here from what I've gathered from him and he plans to return there for a visit in late July. Still, he plans on taking his time and not making a decision until at least October so there is time if the Mountaineers are able to get him on campus.
