So it's coming next year. My limited understanding is that a school pays the players a percentage (based on conference?) of the minimum of $22M or 21% of their overall football revenue. Can some knowledgeable person tell me: 1) what the B12 percentage is? 2) does the money flow to WVU and then to the players, or does it just get deducted from WVU's revenue stream and go from NCAA to the players? 3) how many years back do players get paid? 4) who determines how much each player gets? is there a formula? 5) does WVU have any leeway in what % of the pie it has to pay?
