The transfer portal opens again April 15 and will last until April 30. This is the second and final period of the year. These are for undergraduate players that want to enter into the portal. Graduate transfers can still enter at any time they wish. So, while I don't expect much movement for West Virginia this week once spring practice you could see some guys enter their names.
